New Care Home Package – Filling Your Vacancies
Do you have a care home that has recently been licensed and would like some support getting connected to the right referral sources and appropriate marketing material? This is the package that would likely best suite your needs.
- Phone call/Zoom/visit to get to know your home and your mission for your home
- Tour of the outside and inside of your care home, offering suggestions to make primarily cosmetic upgrades/additions to your home (keeping budget in mind)
- We will take professional style pictures of your home that we can use for your marketing materials, we will then email them to use on your website, vacancy websites, Facebook, etc. The pictures will be emailed to you, for you to use however you like
- Help you establish a Google page (optional)
- Marketing material specifically designed for your home for you to use- PDF Email flyer, Tri-fold brochure and double-sided business cards, plus 50 copies of each mailed directly to your home
- I will personally reach out to local referral sources to let them know about your home, what kind of care you can provide, your marketing material, then connect them to you directly
- Direct contact list for local referral sources
- Set up marketing of your care home, teach you how to easily and inexpensively market your home to fill vacancies quickly
- You will get tracking forms to use when you get incoming referrals, that will help you easily screen viable referrals
- You will get personalized email templates to use when you have vacancies so that you can mass email your referral sources when you have vacancies.
- Coaching on overall business practices
- Review/establish pricing structure (levels, hospice, respite, night care, etc.)
- General marketing suggestions and support
- Written action plan as to how to make improvements to your home, programming, meals, care planning, etc.
- Once your website, Google page, FB page, etc. are established we will leave a review. (based on good standing with licensing requirements)
Established Home Refresher Package
Are you an established care home that would like to do some minor decorative updates to your home, be connected to some new referral sources and get some new marketing materials? This package is what you are looking for.
