I have been referring to and working with adult care homes and residential care facilities for almost 30 years. I understand what families and referral sources are looking for in a senior care environment. I have a master’s degree in business, specializing in healthcare management. I have owned a successful business in the senior living industry, tripling profits within the first 2 years.  My business was built on providing excellent customer service to families, older adults, referral sources, as well as other community partners. Giving compassionate care to your residents, supporting families, understanding what your referral sources need and how to make their job easier, is one of the best ways to build a successful and thriving business.
