These communication cards aid both older adults and caregivers communicate and understand care needs. Using these cards will help the patient, resident, and/or older adult feel that they can more effectively communicate their personal preferences and care needs. Caregivers will feel more confident knowing that they are providing the right care at the right time. Ideal for individuals with aphasia, non-verbal dementia, and intubated patients.
